As a healer and teacher Anne Jones uses her gift to channel universal and cosmic healing energies. She has been leading popular workshops, meditations and talks around the world for many years and is the author of four books addressing aspects of self-help and spirituality.
The underlying basis of her work is the belief that living in a state of ultimate fulfillment, harmony and wellbeing is possible for everyone to enjoy but starts with taking responsibility for yourself on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
In her books she gives practical tools and information, using real life examples, to show how you can work on various aspects to let go of self limiting issues and beliefs which keep us from reaching a state of ultimate emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Her CDs offer guided meditations for relaxation and deeper spiritual insights.
Anne's jewellery designs are based on ancient healing symbols and are made from sterling silver.
